Shore Thing

Stephen Shore is an American Photographer that originally came up on my radar based on his photography of Andy Warhol and the Factory Scene in 1971. Much of the work is the stunning black and white iconography that you would expect from that time period. Later he would be the first living photographer to show his work in the Museum of Modern Art in NY and much of the color work from his travels across the country and abroad have come to educate much of the visual language of the likes of Wes Anderson and the cinematography of television shows like Manhunter.
